At Whitewater Hill Vineyards, wine tastings and vineyard tours are readily available to visitors at no charge. There is an on-site store selling wines that are produced from the grapes grown here and a range of gourmet foods. People can visit Whitewater Hill daily from June through September from 12pm to 6pm. Canyon Wind Cellars is located along the Colorado River near Palisade. The property boasts a rich terrain to grow grapes, which are also crushed, fermented and bottled here as well.
