Canyon Wind Cellars is located along the Colorado River near Palisade. The property boasts a rich terrain to grow grapes, which are also crushed, fermented and bottled here as well. A tasting room is found on-site and visitors can take a tour of the cellars or have a picnic overlooking the vineyards.

Formed out of a heritage farm, Garfield Estates has been growing grapes to produce a variety of wines since 1998. Visitors can tour the restored homestead and sample wines such as Syrah, Fume Blanc and Vin Rose in the on-site tasting room.
Meadery of the Rockies features a range of wines, including one that are honey or fruit flavored. While visiting the meadery, guests are invited on a tour to learn how the wine is produced. An on-site gift shop is also available to sell gifts, wines and gourmet foods. Free wine tastings can be done in the gift shop, the tasting room or the gazebo.
