    Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park

    Black Canyon, an amazing geological wonder, is over 2000 feet (610m) deep and is one of the primary features of this National Park. The year-round park also features hiking trails, camping, fishing, rock climbing, snow shoeing and nordic skiing. A variety of interpretive and educational programs are available for children and adults. The park is accessible from Montrose via US Hwy. 50 and Colorado Hwy. 347.
